When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours. While the lot is open 24/7, our office hours are M-F: 9a-5p, Sat: 9a-noon, & Sun: closed.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 15-day notice before you move out.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis, however, we also offer 6-month & yearly subscriptions with specials that provide you with either 1 or 2 months free.
How do I make a payment?
Payments are made through our secure website. For a hassle-free experience, we encourage you to have payments automatically deducted from either your credit/debit card, or your savings/checking account, monthly.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Debit & all major Credit Cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
No. You are responsible for any boxes or storage supplies you may need!

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing you will be sent an email so you can download our Bluetooth access app & leave your key fob in our lockbox located on the front entrance gate. We will send you a “Welcome” email with instructions & the code to the lockbox.
Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?
No. You are responsible for providing any handcarts or dollies you may need.
What do you mean by keyless entry?
Keyless entry allows you to enter/exit the facility without a physical key. Access is provided through either a key fob or a Bluetooth-enabled mobile app during normal access hours.
